You must be at least 18 years old to open an account and place bets on ChampeBet. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling. We use age and identity verification tools as required by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB).
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person is permitted. We may suspend or close accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
Deposits can be made via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. M-Pesa withdrawals are typically instant, but can take up to two minutes depending on network conditions. Minimum deposit is KES 10. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your verification level.
All bets are final once placed. The minimum bet for online gambling is KES 10. The outcome of games is determined by a provably fair algorithm, the seed for which is published after each round. We reserve the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing errors.

All content on ChampeBet, including logos, graphics, and software, is owned by ChampeBet or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
ChampeBet is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Any dispute arising from your use of ChampeBet shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes may be referred to the Gambling Regulatory Authority's Tribunal for resolution within 14 days of the dispute arising.
